Second floor: Offers a king size bedroom with ocean view balcony, smart TV and lounge area. Second room offers a queen bed with ocean view balcony, work station with a desk, and smart TV, Third room offers a queen bed with smart TV, and a stackable washer and dryer in the closet. There is also a full bath with tub/shower combo on this level.
Friday to Friday during the summer. 3 night min during winter and 4 night min during the off season. Holiday weekends are 3-4 night min.
We are happy to welcome your furry family member with a $200.00 pet rent fee per stay, per dog. Maximum of 2 small dogs, or 1 larger dog. Tenant responsible for any damage and must be willing to sign the pet addendum.
