This home boast an updated kitchen with all new appliances that opens up to the living room, dining room as well as the beach front deck and enclosed atrium. Enjoy time around the fireplace as it is the centerpiece of the room. Great home for two families as it offers two primary suites downstairs each with a king bed and attached baths, as well as a half bath, laundry, sauna, kitchen, living and dining room. The upstairs offers one large room that can be separated into two by an accordion wall. One room offers a queen bed and the other side offers two twin beds as well as a sleeper sofa. Both areas have access to the roof top deck. There is also a full bath on this level.
There are multiple local wineries within a 5 mile radius for those who enjoy wine tasting, call an Uber and make a day of it. Seascape Shopping Center as well as Seascape Golf Course is less than a mile away and offers an abundance of shops, stores and restaurants. Bon fires are allowed on the private beach, we just ask that you stay 150 feet from the sea wall, as we do not want to have smoke going into the homes. There is a ladder provided that hangs on the seawall for quick beach access or you can walk for less than a min and access the beach stairs. Santa Cruz and Monterey offer activities for everyone, from whale watching, hiking, long coastal drives, theme parks, mini golf, amazing redwood forest just to state a few. Its an amazing place to explore.

    Upon arriving in the area, had a seamless pick up of the keys and house information. After a short drive, we pulled into the driveway and got in the house quickly. Upon entering, you could see the ocean from all the rooms, amazing! We are a pretty large family and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Wonderful kitchen, sitting area and table that fit us all. The outdoor spaces were fantastic, again more area to spread out. The large kitchen table was great for family games. There is a ladder that you put out to get down to the beach and it is very easy. Speaking of the beach, there were views of Santa Cruz in one direction and Monterey In the other direction. And while sitting outside on the spacious deck, we saw dolphins multiple days! We loved our stay, hope to be back soon and would highly recommend!
