Enjoy time with family and friends in this cape cod style beach house with a large open floor plan and lots of outdoor space. Relax on the large deck and watch the dolphins swim by while taking in the incredible ocean views. Right across the street to the largest beach in Santa Cruz county. Walking distance to Cafe Rio, Flat's Bistro, Pixies Deli and small market. Centrally located to enjoy all the Monterey Bay has to offer. This open concept home located right across from Rio Del Mar is perfect for a family getaway or a small friend group. The main living space is located on the second floor including the large living room, dining area and kitchen. Entry level has one full bath and a bedroom with a queen bed. The third floor offers two loft style bedrooms, one having two twins with an accordion wall for privacy and the master with a private bath, there is a terrace view from the master overlooking the living space which can be closed with accordion blinds. Television does not offer cable, streaming only.

    This is someone's second home as there were personal pictures on the wall. They had lots of decorations everywhere, seashells, pillows against the window in one of the bedrooms. I would have liked it less cluttered.

    The place was great with an incredible location. The beach is beautiful and quiet here. Will definitely be back again. Everyone was super helpful.
