Sat-Sat Summer reservations, 4 night minimum - September, 3 night minimum - off-season, 7 night minimum - Holidays 3+ bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home with bonus sleeping quarters, offers large ocean view deck and large back patio. First floor has open concept kitchen and living space, along with a formal dining room, full bath and a bedroom. The second floor offers a new large open air deck as well as a king room with ocean view and a full bath with separate tub and shower. The third bedroom upstairs offers a 1/2 bath, queen bed with ocean view as well as an attached sleeping porch with a set of bunks and a twin bed. Rare, large fenced back yard located across the street from the desirable Rio Del Mar Beach.

  This is our favorite home we have rented for vacation. It is a beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of space for all of us. (7) We really enjoyed the deck and spent lots of time there together. The bedrooms were very nice and spacious. The bunk room was great but could use some window coverings and new mattresses or bedframes. Having the backyard to store our beach gear was also perfect. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. We also enjoyed the large dining room for meals and games. The living area was spacious and comfortable, with nice furniture. Overall, just a fantastic place with lots of memories made.

  Two days before our arrival we were relocated to 325 Beach from 303 Beach because of plumbing issues in 303. We were disappointed, but grateful that the folks at Cheshire Rio were able to find an alternate location. 325 is a very comfortable home with a great upstairs deck and beautiful view from the living area as long as you can keep the parking area in front empty. There is a very nice back patio as well. The sleeping porch is great for kids but it lacks blinds or curtains over the windows which could be a problem for late sleepers. There's really only one full bathroom accessible to all guests as the other full bath is in the main bedroom and the 1/2 bath is in another bedroom. The only private entry to the sleeping porch is from the back patio. The kitchen is small and somewhat limited in regards to pots and pans and the all important wine glasses! One other issue was that there were no inside or outside door mats which made it difficult to keep dirt and sand out of the house. All in all, we felt lucky that the great people at Cheshire were able to find a location near 303 as we were vacationing with another family staying in 301

  Lovely rental on the beach. Set up of bed rooms upstairs is a little funky, but the deck upstairs complete makes up for it. Everything you need. Suggest maybe a small shoe cubby right out side the door so you don’t track too much sand in house. Maybe a few more towels too! Overall We really enjoyed our stay.

  A great little house on the beach. The only two items that would be of interest. The queen size mattress downstairs is in horrible shape. The stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms is shallow, you must be careful on the turn, easy to miss a step and slide hard onto the wooden stairs. Otherwise it is still a nice little house.

  Overall, we had a great time in a great location. It wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived, I voiced my concerns with no response, then when asked again they said they let the cleaning service know. Main areas of concern, coffee pot wasn’t cleaned out from the guests prior, window seals were all filthy, there was an ant problem in the kitchen and bathrooms. The place can use some comfy furniture in the living areas.
  Other than that it was fhe perfect spot to spend on the beach! Cozy and very cute place with an amazing view and nice deck/balcony!

  This facility and setting was just magical for our family of 8. The home was warm and cozy and provided the most comfortable bedding and pillows. The view of the ocean was perfect. We saw whales, dolphins and seals. The team at Cheshire Rio was amazing and so attentive to our needs. I was so pleased. I didnt wan to leave. We Hope to return soon. Thank You!!!
