Cozy beachfront home located on the sand at Rio Del Mar beach in Aptos. Two stories with full ocean view. 1280 sq ft home opens up to a private patio with amazing ocean and beach views. This home offers an open floor plan with the living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath on the first level. The upstairs area offers one room with a king, balcony, large flat screen TV and full ocean view. The second room offers two full beds, with balcony, large flat screen TV and full ocean view. The third bedrooms has a full over full sized bunk bed and faces the street. There is NO DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. You must go out the front door and walk along the sidewalk to the beach. Just a quick walk to all conveniences, deli, restaurant, coffee house and corner market. Centrally located in the Monterey Bay to enjoy all the area has to offer.

  We really loved staying at this property. It is almost right on the beach, there is a small walkway to stairs down to the beach. The house was very nice and comfortable to stay in. They provided all the things you need for the beach, many chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie boards, etc. The house is near a few shops, but they all have limited hours during the week. The parking is also limited to street parking and the area is busy. The phone signal in the area is also limited, but the WI-FI at the house worked great. Overall I would highly recommend this house. It’s a great spot to just sit on the beach or patio and relax.

  We love being right on the beach and went for lots of walks with our dog on the Beach. The house has a great view of the beach and was comfortable. Cheshire Rio did a nice job preparing everything.

  The house is very nice. I prefer to have a larger washer and dryer. But Made due. The stairs were a bit of a challenge due to mine and my Mom's elder years. The public traffic walking by was too close for us, but great for those who like the contact and visiting with others. Thanks for the nice stay at the Aptos beach.

  Very nice place, beach is beautiful. Beds were a little sketchy, management said they would replace the king and a double. Balconies looking out on the sand, with the wonderful roar of the surf. Kitchen was well stocked, I will return!
