Downstairs offers updated kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, ocean view room with a queen bed, guest bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and direct access to the beach front patio with charcoal barbeque. Upstairs has a large living area with full ocean view, access to the large deck with steps leading to the downstairs patio. A kitchenette as well as two sleeping areas, one alcove with a queen bed and ocean view, as well as a bedroom with a queen and a full. The full bath with stall shower is located off the living area.

  We rented this cute little duplex when our daughter and family visited from Tucson. The boys loved that they could open the sliding glass door and the ocean was right there. What a treat for the little desert dwellers.

  We had a great stay off season at this rental. Beach access is amazing. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had many amenities (only missing a corkscrew).Cheshire Rio staff were excellent and accommodating. I hear parking can be hard to get during popular times, and i imagine the public sidewalk can be crowded. It's right outside the beach facing doors on the first floor unit. Only minor thing is you can't lock the beachside doors from the outside, which means to go to the beach and lock up, you have to leave by the front and walk all the way around the block to get there and back. This didn't inconvenience us, but it's something to know.
