Enjoy all Santa Cruz has to offer in this centrally located 3 bedroom, 2 bath sand side, two story home, This home offers an open sunny living room, dining room and kitchen area on the first floor with private patio. There is NO DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. You must go out the front door and walk along the sidewalk to the beach. First level has one queen room, full bath with stall shower. Upstairs offers a king bedroom with full ocean view, private deck, in addition to another queen room and full bath with tub only. A quick walk to deli, market, restaurants and bistro. Less than a mile to grocery store and shopping area with all the conveniences you could need. No washer or dryer in unit, this home is located on the "Island" of Beach Drive and there is no guaranteed parking, just street parking.

  The furniture was old and uncomfortable and the advertised king bed in the oceanfront bedroom was not a king. The bolt on the front was very difficult to lock and when I contacted your staff it was never taken care of. Silverfish in the tub and spider in the shower.

  Great place and had a wonderful time ... a few items
  dishwasher broken, light out in bathroom downstairs, light out in refrigerator, lights out at both side tables in bedroom upstairs facing ocean.
