Spend time with family and friends on the ocean view decks located off the living room and master bedroom. Living room, dining room, kitchen, den, half bath and laundry on the entry floor. Take the beautiful spiral staircase to the third level to access the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One street facing room has two sets of twin bunks, the second guest bedroom has a queen, and the master has a king bed with attached bath and private deck. Driveway next to the front entrance offers easy access, no garage access. The community pool is located just down the hill from the property and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

  My family enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the beach to kick off our summer. This beautiful condo is walking distance to Rio Del Mar, we sunned during the day and enjoyed beachside s’mores at night , plus we loved the nearby deli and Venus restaurant. Amazing beach views from the deck made a perfect setting for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The condo is very nicely furnished and my teenage daughter and her friends especially liked the bunk beds bedroom. We are already looking forward to coming back soon!

  We spent a week at 126 Rio Del Mar and it was absolutely amazing. The views from both balconies are breathtaking and you cannot beat the location! The property was well equipped and had all we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls, bbq equipment, etc that you could need. Beach chairs and an umbrella were also provided, a nice touch in case you forgot your own. Outside of the views, listening to the waves crash against the beach and the master shower were our two favorite things- that rain shower while looking out to the ocean is one thing we will definitely miss. The kids loved the bunk room and all the games the house had- checkers, uno and jenga were the favorites of the trip. This is the second time renting from Cheshire and both times they have been easy to work with, prepared for our arrival and have great properties that make for a great family vacation.

  We have rented this property twice now with our brother and sister-in-law. We absolutely love this property. The master bedroom and the second bedroom with a queen both have very comfortable beds. The view and balcony are amazing for sitting and just listening to the waves. The kitchen is fully stocked and the unit is very clean and kept up. We have decided this will be our bi-yearly tradition and will return to this property over and over again. The rental property staff are wonderful as well.

  This Condo was the perfect relief to the hot Sacramento valley summer. The beach is only a very short walk down the hill from the condo door. Plenty spacious enough for 7 adults to socialize comfortably, between the living room and deck. Also, plenty of private sleeping quarters for all. Lots of upgrades make the interior very beautiful, has almost all the kitchen necessities one could ever need. The two decks provide a phenomenal view of the ocean and beach below--quite picturesque. If we are being picky the only downside was that they had no cable service just had to use Roku for streaming off of your own accounts--so if you had forgot your passwords you are out of luck.
  Property management company was helpful in procuring a second parking pass.

  We were very pleased with our stay in this beautifully updated condo. Felt like we stepped into an HGTV renovation. The bunk bed were perfect for our little ones and having a den for the TV gave the adults space for some peaceful time too. The condo was perfectly clean and the rental company easy to work with.
