    Good. Very few complaints: trash can hasn’t been emptied in the past 2 years, probably because the step-on lid raiser is broken; refrigerator door doesn’t open enough (hits cabinet) to access produce drawers easily. We purchased a dish drainer to eliminate that problem, and we bring our own brighter light bulbs for better light.

    Otherwise, the place is great and we’re already looking forward to coming back to it next March.

    The new deck furniture and umbrella are excellent.

    Rainy, but enjoyable. 230B has been a good choice for us, both last year and this year. Inconveniences were minor: minimal lighting in living room; gas grill unusable; one trash can never emptied. But overall experience was so positive that we are already signed up for next year.

    This was a last minute trip and we really wanted to be somewhere right on the water. Had to admit, when we drove up and saw how old the building was and the entry into the unit, we were skeptical. However, the minute we stepped in the door and saw and heard the ocean, we were happy. The unit was updated and clean and the deck was large and accommodating. The views were awesome and access to beach so easy, Great stay.
