Easily Enjoy all the sights and attractions Santa Cruz has to offer from this West Cliff gem. Located on the cliffs with the beach access Stairway and lighthouse just a short 5 min walk away. You can either walk or bike to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Wharf and beach where you can enjoy multiple restaurants, sundry shops, boat rentals, fresh seafood, fishing (permit required) you can also enjoy watching the seals nap, swim and play around the wharf.. There are bike & skate rentals available in the area as well.
The home is well maintained and offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Great for those with mobility issues, as there are only 3 steps to the front door and the rest of the home is single level. Recently updated kitchen with new appliances & counter tops. New stack washer and dryer in hall way.
Entertain family and friends in the over-sized backyard with a covered picnic area and charcoal BBQ. You can people watch, enjoy amazing sunsets and watch the boats and sea life go by while enjoying the warmth from the gas fire pit located in the front of the property.
Master bedroom boast a king bed with a private bath and stall shower as well as an amazing ocean view. Second room has two twins, third room has a Queen size bed.
Home has new window coverings, paint, and flooring.
The owner offers 4 sand chairs and 6 beach towels for your convenience.
Dogs friendly however there are limits on the number of pets as well as size/weight. $200.00 pet rent fee per reservation.

  The house was everything we could have asked for. It was very clean and well kept, there was ample parking in the driveway for 4 cars, and plenty of room in the backyard for us to do crafts. We rented it for a "girls trip" and could not have been happier with it. I was seriously ready to just ask how much it would be to rent it for the rest of the month. You can walk along the edge of the cliff for miles, yet it was located pretty close to town. We walked to the Boardwalk, but it was a long haul! Natural Bridges is just down the cliff a mile or so as well. The house was so clean and there was no musty smell, but better yet, there was also no smell of deodorizer or other cover-ups! It was just plain clean. There is apparently a chance of construction happening across the street, but even though we stayed from Friday to Monday, we didn't see any of it. I hear that they never work on weekends, anyway, but even on Monday morning, everything was still peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and bowls, and had a dishwasher that came with its own soap. The backyard is half concrete, but that was great because it gave us a little extra parking. The road in front is currently "closed" because of the construction, but you can still drive right to the house. Check-in was a breeze, and even though our reservation was VERY last minute, like literally the same day, the manager was so helpful and kind and because I was having a rough morning and the house was already clean, she let us check in super early so we had somewhere to go. I appreciated everything about the property and the management company. The house has obviously been loved and cared for for many years. We would definitely come back and stay again.

  Loved every minute of it. Beautiful location. House is older but nicely maintained. The only issue we had was the blue recliner mechanism that allows you to recline wasn't working well so it would get stuck in open position. Kinda funny trying to get out of the chair cause we're older. Other than that, having wonderful leisurely breakfasts overlooking the ocean was so peaceful. Loved the walking paths and got to see a pod of dolphins swimming south. Breathtaking. Easily went down to the wharf and into town for lunches. Looked around in Capitola too. Definitely come back. Perfect spot to relax.

  Our family had the most relaxing and fun-filled time at the beach house. The location was walkable to the Boardwalk and wharf. The bike and walking paths were great for the kids.
  The home was well-stocked with supplies, sheets, towels and extra blankets. The back yard was perfect for family dinner and the outdoor fireplace provided a peaceful gathering place at night for conversations, star gazing and relaxation time.
  Beach chairs were an excellent quality and easy to transport to the beach. We will definitely book the West Cliff Drive house again next summer.

  We have been going to this house for many years and always enjoy the house and the location. We enjoy walking and biking along the cliffs on West Cliff Dr. The property management is great. We also love walking to the lighthouse and watching the surfers.
