There are 3 lovely remodeled bathrooms. A additional sleeping area with ocean view and closable accordion door has a double futon. For the kids check out the loft with room for kids or teens to hang out. This beach house getaway is located inside the private gates of Seascape overlooking the Monterey Bay. Immediate beach access across from the deck to beach by using the aluminum ladder place over the seawall.

  Overall this home is a lovely home and the Agent Reps at Cheshire Rio did an excellent job of tending to our concerns.
  
  Initially we found the home, which had been cleaned by the owner as although tidy in general appearance, it was dirty in many places, Floor dirt, cobwebs, ect. When we reported to the office that we were going to clean the floor, Cheshire Rio stopped us and immediately sent cleaners to rectify the issue. The second big issue was no ones fault, but the furnace broke down on our 3rd night. Cheshire Rio sent service repair people the next day, but found out that the issue was a major part that needed to be ordered. Cheshire Rio provided space heaters which were adequate to keep us comfortable during the rest of the stay.
