This Seascape paradise offers 4 bedroom 3.5 baths, large three level house located across the street from the Seascape Beach. One of the larger homes located inside the private gated area of Seascape. First level has the entry and the garage with a ping pong table. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and decking. Third level has the master with full bath, 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining area, living room, and ocean front deck accessible from the living room. Very nice views from this third level. New gas fireplace, tiled kitchen and updated furniture make this one of the most popular homes for returning guests year after year.

  All went very smoothly from picking up the keys, enjoying the view, sounds of the ocean, walking across the street to the beach, the quiet street and very well stocked kitchen. The home was perfect for our family of 8 which included a 4 and 2 year old. Space for all to enjoy. The front and back deck were perfect for relaxing and a great space for the little ones to play outside. The only thing I noticed was a bit of dust on glass shelves and some of the pots and pans were not clean. But I'm sure that was from prior tenants. Not a deal breaker. Planning on returning next year!!

  The overall experience was good. I wish the check out time was a little later...more like noon. The home had ample room and was in clean condition (with the exception of aged cabinetry. There was an ant problem which was annoying but not so problematic that we felt put off by it. It is highly likely we will book this unit again.

  We’ve been renting this house for many years and we love this house! The location is perfect and the view is fabulous. I visibly relax just walking in. The house is beautiful and we mostly gather in the kitchen/living room and deck area. We are five women who have been coming to the beach for 39 years - though not all at this house.
