Create incredible memories in this amazing 5 bedroom beach front home that has just undergone a complete transformation. Relax with family and friends either in the warm and inviting great room or on the beautiful tiled deck while enjoying the sound of the waves and watching the sea life swim by. Located in the desired Seascape community. The large open concept floor plan offers a gorgeous kitchen with a coffee bar, high end appliances, large walk around island, perfect for entertaining. The living room offers beautiful furnishings, custom built in's, 80" smart TV with cable and of course full bay views. The game room is equipped with a pool table, beverage fridge and bar with access to the outside deck and shower and separate laundry area with full size washer and dryer. there are two bedrooms, one with a queen and smart TV, and one with two twins (daybed & trundle) and two full baths with walk in showers. As you walk up the floating stairs, you will find yourself in the hallway overlooking the entire home, wow what a view. You would access three bedrooms and one bath on this level. The master bedroom is surrounded in glass to take in the ocean view, however there are black out shades for privacy. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and shares the jack and jill bath with the master bedroom. The third bedroom offers 2 extra long full beds with a 60" smart TV and access to the 6 person hot tub. You can easily access the beach by just going down the steps. This private area of Seascape does have very strict rules regarding parking and use of property. This home sleeps 10 and we are very adamant about occupancy and day guest. No more than 5 day use guest in addition to the 10 overnight guest are allowed.

  We've been coming to this house annually for over 10 years. I believe it to be the nicest house in the area. The owner has gone first-class on a recent remodel. The house has always been clean and the amenities plentiful. Cheshire has always been professional, polite and responsive. I say "responsive", but generally I have contact with them twice: check-in and check-out. This is because they have prepared the house so well.

  Our family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at 820 Via Gaviota. We have rented houses before but nothing can compare to the lower level of this property - the kitchen and family room were super spacious and accommodated all of us very comfortably. The deck was large and well furnished and had a set of community stairs that led right onto the beach. The property was very clean and well maintained. Cheshire staff were very friendly and professional answering any questions we had.
  The only thing missing was closet space on the second floor but we adapted using closets on the main level. I would definitely recommend this property. We tried new restaurants and found a playground called Leo's Haven for our two young grandchildren. This was a special property.

  Cheshire Rio is always helpful and very attentive. This home is absolutely beautiful, newly modernized, panoramic views, amazing, large patio for family, gatherings. can’t beat the location, to the left you can go for a 20 minute walk and have lunch at Seascape, or to the right walk down to shipwreck Beach and have lunch at Pixie deli. Gorgeous house gorgeous view.!

  The deck is amazing. We lived on it all week! From sunrise to sunset, it's PERFECT. Cannot beat the location of the house. Love all the natural light that came into the house from the large windows. Looking forward to staying there again!
