Spacious modern bathrooms with tile and granite and modern fixtures. Hardwood flooring in dining room and wall to wall carpet throughout remainder of home.

Best location on Beach Drive as it is behind the gate, the last house and beach front. Beautiful views from living room, master bed room and kitchen. This house also has a sunken living room with fireplace and flat screen TV. Wrap around decking with hot tub. Separate upstairs family room with large flat screen TV, kids bunk room has 6 bunks.

Middle atrium and garage available. First time offered in vacation rental program.
