Sans Souci on Beach/Located directly on the sand, 4 bedrooms + den, 3½ baths, all one level, spacious rooms, high ceilings, atrium off living room. Originally built in 1965, all new kitchen remodel (April 05) includes all new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new lighting, Limestone flooring and beautiful refinished cabinets. Large living room with all new flooring as well. Master bedroom with 12 foot ceilings and great ocean views. Large deck with direct private beach access. Two heating systems, TV/Den room with queen hide-a-bed. Washer/dryer room off den. One car garage. 640 Beach is located behind the private gated area at the end of Beach Drive. Parking permits are required and will be issued upon check in. Limit issued is 3 permits. Owner request that you please feed outside cats.

  Our vacation rental was wonderful. The new bathrooms are amazing and look beautiful. Our location could not be better. Although, the neighbor to our right did complain constantly about our beach campfire, even though we moved as far away as possible from her home, Every occupied house around them had a beach fire so I’m not sure what they expect.

  Was so sorry to hear about Norm’s passing. We have been coming to this house for a lot of years. Norm will be missed. Again, we had an incredible stay. The house works for our family.   We had another great year at the beach. Already looking forward to next year! Went to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz again. We took the train from Felton to the Boardwalk and back and that was something we had never done before and totally enjoyed it! We were disappointed that Fire Fish was closed do to a fire earlier in the year but did enjoy dinner at Rivas Fish House. The kids love playing in the sand and water and it’s great that’s it’s right off the deck and down the steps. Not having to pack up everything to go to the beach, because it’s already there once you unpack for the week. That is the best part, you’re on a private beach right outside your door

  Wonderful beach front home in a secure location . Parking was challenging but we did fit 4 vehicles. TV in every room is a plus in the evenings. Small showers ( no handicap bars ) , comfortable beds and large living room !

  I paid alot of money for 1 week. It was for the location. Location awesome. House adequate. Pretty clean. Definitely needs up grade except kitchen. The worse thing about it was there was a smelly sweaty old man smell in bathrooms. Capers or rugs had stains, alot. But if u ignore smell I would have graded it a 95 of 100. Otherwise a 75.

  The house was great, perfect location and space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. Only surprise was the full water bowl and dog food bowl out on the deck. We were under the impression no dogs were allowed. Then low and behold, we were visited by Skunks!
