Beach front, full ocean views from this Single level, 2,500 square feet home. Located in the private gated, beachfront community in Rio Del Mar, Aptos. The open floor plan is great for entertaining, and the single level home is perfect for those with mobility issues. This well kept home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. 2 rooms with attached baths, one with a king and one with a queen. The king has full ocean view. The other three rooms offer a king, queen and two twins. Spacious beachfront deck with lots of comfortable furnishings for relaxing and watching the waves. Large wood burning fireplace. This private beach also allows bonfires for those chilly nights.

  We have always been on the other side of the street...This house was a game changer!! The grandkids were able to walk right off the deck into the sand and play at anytime! The location is awesome!! The house was huge! We have a big family and it was perfect! Lots of bathrooms too! I wish we could of stayed two weeks!!

  We really enjoyed our stay plus you can’t beat the location. You step off the back deck onto the sand. House accommodated the family comforably, great having so many bathrooms too. The house could use some freshening up. The master bedroom is right off the main living area. The wall separating the spaces has a section of glass up high that lets light in to the bedroom. If your group has early and late risers, this is something to consider.

  We have been vacationing in Aptos for over 40 years and have stayed at many different properties. This house had a wonderful location but for the price of the rental I was very disappointed. The home needed a bit of sprucing up. Carpets were dirty, kitchen was not well stocked and cupboards didn’t stay closed, fridge was very small and falling apart. I have stayed in much nicer places for half the cost so I think we were paying for location.
