Very contemporary styling with family room downstairs. Family room offers a large screen TV, pool table, Foosball table, and art and game area as well as plenty of lounging space. Family room opens up to a large ocean front deck.
Second Floor offers an open concept living room, dining room and Kitchen as well as a large balcony with a hot tub and natural gas BBQ. Bedrooms are located on the street side of the second floor of the home with two master suites with king beds and attached baths. Third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and one set of twin bunks.
This is one of the newest homes offered for rent on Beach Dr, and is beautifully furnished with custom cabinets and built-ins throughout and is extremely well appointed with all the extras.
Please, No large groups or family reunions allowed.

    Beach house was very nice. Great location.
    Downside was there was no bathroom access downstairs. Had to always go upstairs from beach access upstairs to use bathroom.
    Elevator was advertised but did not allow elevator use. Elevator access would have been particularly useful to bring groceries, and luggage to bedrooms upstairs.
