This house has cliff edge beauty with a full ocean view throughout and a wrap around deck with glass enclosures plus a hot tub. Great home that offers the living space and kitchen with a bedroom and bathroom all on the first floor. Ideal floor plan for someone who cannot go upstairs, there is an additional master bedroom and bath upstairs with ocean view deck. Beach access is just two short blocks away and down a staircase, you can also drive down to the public parking to avoid stairs. Located in the Sunset beach community just 4 miles past the Manresa state beach. Sunset Beach is located 8 miles south of Rio Del Mar and 16 miles south of Santa Cruz. Great secluded location but still only 10 minutes away from all conveniences. This homes has been totally remodeled with an all new kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, 2 full remodeled bathrooms, all new windows and french doors in the bedrooms. The house also has hardwood floors throughout and parking for 3 cars (no use of the garage).

  We had an incredible four days at Sunset State Beach! The weather was perfect, and we were just steps from the sand. The beach house was beautiful, inside and out. We spent time in the hot tub overlooking the beach. We saw dolphins and seals swimming in the waves, as well as gorgeous sunsets. We can’t wait to go back again.

  This home and location are PERFECT! Modern, stylish and very comfortable and inviting. You walk in to a WOW view, windows span the entire back, west wall. Two separate bedroom and bathrooms are perfect for privacy; the 1/2 bath on the main floor ensures whoever sleeps down stairs has the privacy of their own bathroom. Kitchen is beautiful with ocean views as you cook or do dishes. We will be back next year, again.

  This is our “go to” rental house in Watsonville. Great layout for 2 couples to share. Best view! Could use some minor upgrades like: at least one king size bed, newer BBQ, repair the stove so the burners auto light w-o having to use a lighter, supply a DVD player, fresh paint on the walls (it’s getting pretty grubby), an umbrella for the beach, and communal laundry detergent but otherwise this is a fantastic rental home.

  Check in was easy, lovely people at Cheshire. House is amazing, right on the water, you can here the surf anywhere in the house.

  Loved our stay in this home. The hot tub was well maintained as well as the rest of the home. The balcony from the master bedroom is just stunning as is the large walk in shower and jetted tub in the master suite. The kitchen is very large and living room is spacious as well.
