Experience this amazing beach retreat located along one of the largest beaches in Santa Cruz County. This home is one of a kind with its very modern, upscale decor and finishes. No expense was spared in the remodeling of this home and boasts high end finishes throughout.
Walk in to a bright living room with full ocean view. Large kitchen with one of a kind finishes and high-end appliances. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath on the first floor. Walk out of the kitchen into an enclosed back yard with an outdoor shower and access to the guest unit that offers a queen bedroom, dining area, full bath, and kitchenette. The second floor offers an ocean view bedroom with a queen bed and full bath that opens up to the second-floor balcony. The spectacular master bedroom is also located on this level and boast incredible ocean views, sitting area, work space and a full bath and also opens up to the second-floor balcony.
Garage is available for beach gear storage and also offers 4 sand chairs and sand mats for tenant use.

  We stayed with our adult children and 2 grandchildren in this newly remodeled well appointed house. All rooms had ensuite bathrooms and back suite gave ample space for the grandchildren with their parents. More amenities than I expected, fire ring for the beach; gas bbq; beach toys, chairs and towels; well equipped kitchen; apple tv; work desk, etc. Stunning views of the beach from almost every room. Beach is located directly across the street. Perfect Thanksgiving family vacation.

  The was in a great location, just across the street from beach access. The main house was recently updated to include on-suite bathrooms and a modernized kitchen. The exterior and cottage furniture was significantly lacking. Rental lacking comfortable patio/deck furniture, working umbrella for all guests.

  We were two couples and an adult son. We would definitely rent it again. The living room is small so you'll be cozy. One couch and two chairs. View is amazing, location is great for just gazing at the ocean. We saw whales in the distance and dolphins and seals just along the shore line. Kitchen is well equipped.
  The beds are queens but felt small.. My husband had to move to the down stairs bedroom since we could not get comfortable in the small bed. They say it was a queen but it felt much smaller. This location close to all the fun yet far enough away to just relax. Too bad we didn't find Gayle's Bakery in Capitola and Lilian's Italian Resturant in Santa Cruz until our last few days. It was so fun to sit on the patio or deck and just people watch and dog watch.

  The house in a beautiful location. The kitchen table was too small for the 8 adults to eat all together. The back bungalo didn't have any night stands near the beds for your reading glasses or phones. Other wise the house was nice. Clean and ample room in the kitchen for us to cook in. Top of the line appliances. There was no cable tv but I get that. You are on vacation. You need to interact with each other. I had called to see what type of coffee maker and they said Keruig but didn't tell me it was a strange style. So we were very lucky that there were filters in the home so we could break open the K-cups to make coffee in the regular drip. But all in all it was nice.

  This is our second time staying at this amazing beach house. You are literally 20 feet from the beach. The place was very very clean on both occasions. Plenty of rooms and space. House is updated . We sat on the balcony a lot to enjoy wine and saw dolphins two days on the trip. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. We hope to be going back next year.

  There were many unexpected features which were great. A favorite was the instant hot water in the kitchen. The beach was very accessible and for several days we were lucky to see dolphins swimming.

  Nicely updated home; size was not too big for just a 2 person rental. Not sure the common space would be big enough for 4 couples (as a four bedroom would imply), but it is a lovely home. RIGHT across the street from the beach with ZERO view blockage. We sat in the master bedroom on the 2nd floor and took in the view for hours at a time. Well appointed home with most all comforts considered and well taken care of! We'll be back!

  Home was very nice, clean, high end appliances. Stairs were somewhat steep for little ones. Every room was a suite with complete bath which was awesome! Neighbors not too pleased with it being rental but overall, very nice and comfortable.
