Fri-Fri all summer reservations, 7 night minimum - holidays, 4 night minimum off-season, 3 night minimum - winter.
Spectacular 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and one of the largest homes on Beach Dr available! This home is 3,000 square feet with extra large windows to provide some of the best view possible. Large kitchen and living room on second floor with dining room, floor to ceiling fireplace, front deck and large back deck with bbq. Third floor has one of the best views enjoyed from a master bedroom private deck, also have an amazing master bath. There are two other bedrooms facing the hillside that also have share a small deck and full bath. Large bunk room is on the first floor right off the entry, with full bathroom and laundry. Elevator use for handicapped only.

  The location and view are amazing. Right across from the beach made it easy to keep an eye on our children. The elevator was wonderful for our handicapped mother.
  The master bathroom had lights that didn’t work and a clear glass door which didn’t give anyone using it no privacy.
  The 1st floor bathroom has the toilet in the shower.
  The rugs could use a good cleaning or be replaced.
  Front door knob needs to be replaced.

  We were totally satisfied with this property! My mom is wheelchair bound and it was perfect for her. The views were absolutely beautiful. The best feature for me was the open kitchen and dining room. Perfect for family dinners and game nights. We will definitely be renting here again!!

  The layout of this home was perfect for our family and my elderly dad. The open kitchen was great for cooking especially since we weren't going out to eat. We were able to make some beautiful memories in this beautiful home
