Enjoy everything Santa Cruz has to offer in this beautiful contemporary four bedroom, four and a half bath home. Located across the street from the largest beach in Santa Cruz County. Enjoy long walks on the beach while you watch the whales and dolphins play in the Monterey Bay. Walking distance to a deli, coffee shops, restaurant, and bistro. All the modern conveniences are less than one mile away. This home was recently built with beautiful decor throughout as well as ensuite baths in each room. Downstairs offers three bedrooms, one with ocean view, laundry room and garage. Upstairs offers a large open floor plan, master suite and half bath as well as a large deck to enjoy the view.

  We were very pleased with the spaces in the house. The living area is generous and each bedroom having its own bathroom is great. We had a family celebration and found the multiple parking areas really useful. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. We had a great visit.
  However, the home needs some attention. The fireplace never fired up, the thermastat in the lower level didn't function. Since hot air rises the lower level was chilly. The garage door did not work and the button that conrolled the disposal wasn't functioning.
  We reported these items and assume they will be taken care of.

  Very nice house. Very clean and great views of the ocean. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Well stocked kitchen. Only negative, sheets on one of the beds in the back bedroom had a few stains. Only 1 person slept in that bed, so she slept on the other side.

  Great, beautiful location, literally steps from the beach.
  Quiet, calm and friendly atmosphere.
  The property was well maintained, lots of kitchen supplies, and slept 5-6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We will be back!
  One minor suggestion: Based on having a full house for a full week we had to restock consumable paper goods multiple times. Ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, etc after a few days. it would have been nice to have more supplies available.

  A group of 8 stayed here for 3 days and had a wonderful time. Right across from the beach, this is a walking heaven destination. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. 2 of the bathrooms have heated (!) floors. The only quibble is there weren't quite enough towels/washcloths for a 3 day stay. The coffee machine broke and Cheshire Rio delivered a new one to the doorstep. Great service from the rental company.

  This was a great house for our family vacation! It was updated and we loved a lot about this home. Two of our favorite things was the location and the kitchen! It was so great being right across the street from the beach! Can’t beat the convenience! Also the kitchen was a great size for cooking and storage. All bedrooms had their own baths which was so great! The furniture in the living room and dining area was a little worn but it is a rental, so our expectations were low. It lists beach chairs, but those were pretty thrashed but we had brought our own. Other than that it was pretty clean and it really felt like you were on a cruise ship as you looked out the window! A++ home, can’t wait to stay again.

  We had the best time at 333 Beach Drive. The house is in a great location on Beach Drive. It is clean, neat, up to date and it is awesome to have a bathroom for each bedroom plus a half bath on the first floor. Cheshire Rio Staff were very accommodating and we can't wait to come back in July.

  333 Beach Dr. was an updated home, in a great spot along Beach Dr. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom with a shower too. We were pleased with the kitchen appliances and all the tools needed to prepare meals. There is plenty of room inside the upstairs living area, ample seating. The next door neighbor to the south likes quiet peaceful neighbors, as do we all.
