Beautifully appointed three level, 5 bedroom, 4 bath estate with spectacular ocean views from almost every room. Spacious, open floor plan throughout, formal living area off the entry with a grand piano and two family rooms to enjoy a movie or play games. Enjoy a stroll down to Manresa State beach or even just around the lovely La Selva neighborhood. In the evening cozy around the fire right on the front deck for roasting marshmallows with the family. This home offers a fully equipped kitchen and all other amenities with comfortable beds, linens, plenty of parking and a welcoming atmosphere. This is a one of a kind home that will create memories that will last a lifetime, great for multiple families or small offsite retreats.
Built in swimming pool is automatically heated for mid June to Mid Aug.. Pool heat is NOT available from Nov-May. Pool can be heated during the available off season months of early June, early Aug, Sept and Oct at an additional fee of $500 per stay. THERE IS NO HOT TUB AT THIS PROPERTY

  This was a great location and home for our family's summer vacation. We had four generations from two to 80 years old enjoying each other's company and the house. Beach out front, pool in back. Home was spacious and inviting. Agency was helpful. We enjoyed excursions 30 to 45 up and down the coast. The steps are steep so pack in smaller suitcases. I do see us returning in future years.

  Our family gathered for the weekend and had a wonderful stay. Lots of comfy rooms with quality beds and pillows. Great views. Very well appointed kitchen. The decor is a bit dated, but very comfortable and lots of seating. Based in the description we thought there was a hot tub but there isn’t. We were a bit put off by all the signage around the house telling us we might lose our deposit if anything goes wrong. It felt very aggressive so we just made a joke about it. Other than that it was fantastic.

  This was an amazing home to host our family time. The view of the ocean was spectacular, the nearness perfect for our grandchildren to come and go. The kitchen was supplied more so than my own, we had everything we hoped for and more. Property management was great, however, checking in & out with management was a slight nuisance. The locked back yard also disappointing, but we were grateful for our hosts allowing us use of their home.

  After staying at 33 Anita every 4th of July for several years in the early 2000's, our family returned in June 2022. We thought our memories were exaggerated and the house would feel smaller, but the house still felt spacious with plenty of room for the seven of us to spread out. (And the spectacular views of Monterey Bay are unchanged). We cooked most evenings and were happy to find the kitchen had everything we needed, as did the rest of the house. We made plans to revisit many favorite places in the area, like The Mystery Spot, but most days were spent relaxing by the pool, building puzzles together or walking on the beach. It was easy to stay 'home' as 33 Anita was so comfortable, clean and inviting. We ventured out a few times and had an incredible dining experience at The Shadowbrook, enjoyed time at a few local breweries and successfully hunted for sea glass near the cement ship. We were grateful to return to 33 Anita, where so many great family memories were made, and where more will be made in years to come.

  We had a week that defies description it was so perfect. A 30 year anniversary that was delayed a year because of Covid. Four adult children and their families flying into San Jose from Seattle, Chicago and Kansas City and one driving from NorCal. Six littles under six and six bigs 13-21. What fun! We beached, some surfed, walked, swam I the pool every day, cooked delicious meals in the fully equipped huge kitchen with a view of the ocean that was awe inspiring. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of room for all of us and the house was well-maintained and welcoming. We met the owners and were made to feel like honored guests. The staff at Cheshire Rio Realty were easy to work with and very professional. We felt blessed to have had such a perfect vacation!

The views are endless from many rooms. The house is well stocked with everyone a cook/group would need. 2 frigs a great plus! The house was quiet when people were up early or late. There were two rooms we didn't even use!! Plenty of parking was also a plus. Perfect getaway...We'll be back!!
