4 bedroom plus bonus room, 2 bath well maintained home with an amazing backyard and patio, with large bar & built in fire pit. Perfect place to gather and enjoy roasting marshmallows, barbecuing, or just hanging out with friends and family. Back yard has stairs that will take you to the huge wrap-around deck with panoramic ocean view. Nautical decor and cozy touches throughout house. Four bedrooms upstairs, 1 King, 2 queens and one with twin over full bunk that has ocean views. Deck is accessible from 2 bedrooms upstairs including master bedroom has an avocado green brand mattress. Bonus sleeping room with two bunk beds located downstairs with access from the backyard with separate entry. Dogs are allowed, however you must agree to pet policies and there is a $200.00 additional pet rent, per pet. Maximum of two small dogs (under 30 lbs each) or one dog under 65 lbs.

  This house is perfect for my growing family and we've stayed here 5 or 6 times in past 12 years as our family numbers increase. Perfect with little ones as it's across the street from beach, love the backyard refrigerator and bar to keep all beverage activity outside and out of the small kitchen.

  The front hose faucet probably needs to be fixed. Sorry for not sharing this earlier.
  We always have a great time here. I would recommend it for a large family or friends to come together. We enjoyed nights in the backyard, front balcony and coffee sitting looking out to the ocean. Great time and great memories!

  We reserved 327 Beach Dr for a weekend of family fun, celebrating my husband's 50th Birthday. The property was spacious enough for our 40+ guests. Many hung out inside, while most opted for the upstairs patio. The view is unbeatable. The perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
  The bedrooms were well-appointed and the beds were comfortable.
  The backyard/patio and outdoor bar area were also spacious and clean - with plenty of seating to enjoy the firepit.
  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
  The decor and amenities are a bit on the older side and showing their age, but we didn't mind that at all. We will definitely be back

  This was the fourth time we've rented this house; this year under a new owner who has improved the backyard area. Unfortunately for our stay, the back yard second refrigerator was out so we had to use more ice chests than we planned to keep all we bring for my family of 8. We then had to empty one refrigerator as they brought new one and made a switch on Friday. Otherwise all great.

  This house was perfect for two families. The outside back patio came in handy for dinner and fires in the fire pit. The kitchen is stocked with MORE than enough pots, pans, dishes, etc. The King bed in the master was super comfortable. The bathrooms are a little small but overall can't wait to stay again
