Saturday to Saturday summer reservations only, 4 night minimum - September & Holidays, 3 night minimum during off-season.

Enjoy family and friends in this spacious 4 bedroom 2 baths home with a double garage right across the street from the beach. Partial ocean views throughout the updated home, with a bright open floor plan. Best views from deck next to living room and master bedroom. New deck added off the dining area for further enjoyment with a charcoal barbecue. This home is over 2000 sq. ft with two refrigerators for guest use. Great room separation with two bedrooms downstairs, one king and one kid room with double/twin bunk, futon and trundle bed. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king and deck access and another with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combos on each floor.

  Check in was easy and staff able to answer to any needs. Location great and accommodations great. Nice to have all of the necessary tools in the kitchen. A bit of noise early AM's from trash trucks and walkers. Would definitely visit again and will tell friends and relatives.

  This home is directly across from the beach with the added benefit of a 2 car garage, washer/dryer, beach toys, beach chairs and beach umbrella. The amenities were as advertised, the linens plentiful, and the home was clean. I would recommend they stock cleaning supplies, mop, etc., as a week is a long time with little kids and windows and spills to manage.
  The beds were very comfortable and there's loads of cupboards, with some games for kids and kids at heart. There's a BBQ on the back patio and lots of outdoor furniture for all. Heads up, the internet is very spotty. My son lives locally and said he always gets calls dropped at this bend of Beach Dr., it's not because of the rental. I love this beach. It's not busy or overused. There are little stores just up the way for incidentals.

  Overall this property was lovely and met our needs. Unfortunately, on our last night there was an ant invasion upstairs, and we could not use the upstairs area at all. We received a partial refund which I really appreciated.

  This is our second time staying in this same rental and are very pleased! Clean and open living room with a nice sized patio out looking the ocean. The wall to the beach is less than 5 min (just across the street). Customer service has always been exceptional and even allowed us to check in early. Love!

  We had a great week staying at this rental. The location couldn’t have been any better. It truly is just steps away from the beach! It was VERY doable for my older mother, and it was great for young kids who can’t wait to get to the water each day. The rental was furnished modestly in good taste. The kitchen does show its age; the cabinets are original and the appliances are older. The counter top was not in top shape. For us, the location outweighed a modern kitchen, but I think it is worth noting. The washer and dryer are also older, and they are housed in a run down closet area in the garage. There were two nice decks to sit on; one overlooks the mountainside and the other the beach. Management delivered a gas BBQ during our stay. If you are looking for a place to unwind, and you aren’t looking for a super modern, updated place, I think you would find yourselves happy here.

  In our first hour awake, we saw a pod of dolphins just 100 yards away. We have stayed here before because of the location. This trip didn’t disappoint until we woke on check out day to find that an intruder had gained access to the garage through the manual garage door. I made a report with law enforcement, who confirmed that they had also gotten our neighbors. Sad reality, even in Aptos!

  Perfect location, beautiful home, kitchen well stocked with plenty of room to unpack your food supplies, etc. Very clean. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels for everyone (should you have a large group) er told told that some new furniture has been ordered, so it will be even better. The convenience of multi car garage is a bonus.. they had nice beach chairs. They thought of everything. Will definitely stay there again.

  The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did run into some issues with noisy neighbors which was exacerbated by the closeness of out rental to the neighbors (attached). We also had several issues with the pictures completely going out on the TV. Cheshire was helpful but not able to ultimately solve the TV issue completely.
