Unit is approximately 1,400 square feet, nautical inspired with a full kitchen, 3 TVs with cable, gas insert fireplace, stacked washer and dryer. First level contains cozy living room, kitchen and dining combination, bath with stall shower and one bedroom with twin bunk beds. Upstairs consist of three bedrooms and the second bath with tub. Two rooms with king beds and ocean views, third room has a twin over double bunk bed with a TV only to be used with gaming/streaming device you choose to bring. Walk right out onto a private patio with outdoor seating and a small weber BBQ. Monterey Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Carmel by the Sea, just a short 35 minute drive. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Capitola by the Sea just a 15 minute drive. Depending on the time of year you are visiting please be aware there is no guaranteed parking, the summer can be very busy and day visitors will park on Beach Drive and leave when the sun goes down. There is NO DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. You must go out the front door and walk along the sidewalk to the beach.
