Entry to units is from building elevator or staircase. Swimming pool is located near the staircase to 230 unit B. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, fishing and deli.

  Loved my stay for 3 weeks! Listening to ocean 24/7 was relaxing and cool breeze was needed. The beds were very comfortable. Having the washer and dryer was helpful. The elevator and not having stairs made it very accessible and easy.

  Cozy 2 bedroom with 4 sliding glass doors. An end unit, windows wrap around the corner providing panoramic views of Monterrey Bay. The doors open onto a nice balcony that also wraps around the corner and includes 3 chairs and small electric grill. 4th floor unit in building situated a couple of hundred feet above the beach. Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen, good quality linens and, at least in January, good street parking. Gas log fireplace was especially appreciated given lack of heating in main room and strong winds rattling and leaking through the patio doors at night. Garage is included with unit with elevator provided. Unit is convenient to everywhere in Santa Cruz area. One mile from Hiway 1, 15-minute drive into SC. Simple walk downhill to the beach and beachside café and deli.
  
  Real Estate company was reasonable to deal with and their rental agreement is not onerous. We had two issues when arriving: no heat in main room and busted towel rack in one bathroom. They responded promptly with space heaters as temps were in 40s at night and promised to have someone come by to check heat and repair towel rack. No one ever arrived. Each room has its own thermostat. They function more as an on/off switch. Couldn’t ever get them to regulate temp very well.
  
  All in all a comfortable, well cared for unit in a beautiful location. We would stay here again and recommend to friends.
