The master bedroom with a queen bed and attached en suite. Second room has two twin beds and hall bath is tub / shower combo. There are two mats provided for extra sleeping ideal for children. Walking distance to restaurants, delis, and corner market. Deer Park shopping center and Rancho Del Mar shopping center is a mile away. Enjoy a day at the beach or a hike in the redwoods, so much to see and do in Santa Cruz county.

  We had a lovely, comfortable stay in the condo. Everything you need is provided. It's very quiet, no road noise, just wonderful surf-sounds. We saw dolphins close to shore, pelicans and hummingbirds at eye level. Loved swimming in the private pool. Easy to walk to the beach and deli. Great location!

  I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in that the apartment was so beautifully appointed and the floor plan was configured perfectly for entertaining and also for my grand children to spend the night. The kitchen contained all the appliances, cookware, tableware and utensils to meet my every need.
  Waking up to the beautiful views of the ocean and beaches was wonderful and the deck was perfect for having a bite to eat while getting some sun.
  I was very comfortable for the two months I was there.

  We expected a nice view and being minutes from the beach. We did not expect an expansive patio where we spect most of our time (perfect for meals, reading, and spending time while the kids nap).
