Owner supplies one seasonal parking permit for free parking at Seacliff State beach. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2000 square foot house, located across from the cliffs and Seacliff field on East Seacliff. Great views of the ocean with easy beach access. Open floor plan, all new maple cabinets with quality appliances, custom draperies, tile and slate floors. Living room and master bedroom has 40in HD TV. Beautifully furnished throughout. Reverse floor plan has living, kitchen, master bedroom and 1/2 bath plus laundry on second floor. Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a full bath, additional sleeping and a two car garage along with the backyard. For beach access you can just walk across the street to parking lot where the staircase is located.

  Great location with the beach a short walk or drive away. Many food options within a few blocks (ice cream/pizza/deli/market/mexican/burgers,etc.) House easily accomodates eight. Nice open floor plan with awesome decks and views. Clean, well maintained and stocked, beautiful yards, extra beach supplies in the garage. Staff at Cheshire Rio are fantastic. Over and beyond great customer service!! Rented this house several times now and already anxious to return.

  We had our family Thanksgiving here and it was a great house for enjoying each other and the view. Centrally located for stores, walks on the beach, an ice cream at Marianne’s, etc. the house has tons of room with two living spaces , so nicely decorated, and a very well stocked kitchen.   Great place to stay. Comfy, clean, well equipped, plenty of room for eight (also great layout for two). State park across the street is walkable or driveable if mobility is limited. Had to make a call to management and they were extremely helpful. Addressed the issue quickly. Food spots just a few blocks away - SnoWhite for burgers, Pizza, Ice Cream, Deli (but more than a deli), food truck for fish & chips, even a liquor store and great bar with billard tables. Easy drive to Capitola, Santa Cruz, Moss Landing, and Monterey. But Aptos is fun also!

  210 seacliff drive in aptos is a well maintained 3bdrm 2 1/2 bath two story home. Great quiet property that is 150 steps from seacliff Beach. Great property for families with kids. Property is clean and well equipped with the conveniences of home. Great neighbors. Short walk to local restuarants and shopping.
