Amazing location, over looking the Seascape tennis courts with a peak of the ocean, also near golf, walking distance to the Seascape resort, Seascape swim and racquet club, coffee, deli, and high end Mexican restaurant. Two story unit with garage, bedrooms, patio and two baths on first floor, second level has living area, second deck and bath. Off season monthly, summer monthly and short term available.
Day use pass to Seascape racquet club are available at your own cost, includes tennis, pool, weight room etc....
Small dogs under 35 lbs with additional pet rent of $200 and pet addendum.

    This is a great location for a family or two couples since each bedroom has its own bathroom downstairs. The upstairs living areas is bright and spacious with a nice ocean view beyond the tennis courts.

    This vacation rental was clean and the location was ok. My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's 70th birthday. Only one complaint, the refrigerator. It did not keep anything cold and the freezer would not freeze ice cream (there were instruction to NOT change the setting) So, we had milk shakes, not ice cream.
