This wonderful, recently updated, single level home is located on a quiet dead end street that ends with a beach access trail. Relax and watch the birds play in the creek right across the street. Large open floor plans with great bedroom separation. Master bedroom has tempurpedic bed, attached bath with jetted tub and flat screen TV. One guest room has a tempurpedic queen bed and the other room has two twins. Enclosed back yard with a gas fire pit and gas grill. Enjoy sing a longs and smores with the family on chilly beach nights.-no washer

  I always book through Cheshire Rio and they suggested this rental since the one I usually book was having work done. 140 Creek Dr. was a wonderful surprise! So clean and lovely and comfortable. Every amenity I needed and more. The location offers easy parking, peaceful quiet and super easy beach access. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is very well cared for and I’m so happy the owners share it!!

  I love this house! It is clean and has easy access to the ocean. However, the refrigerator leaked water. I let the property management know when we first arrived. I was told someone would be out to fix it but no one came.

  For the price, things need to be fixed. Freezer leaks water to the outside. Parts of the floor are warped. The house needs to be cleaned better. The property needs to be sprayed for spiders. We had to kill multiple huge spiders inside and out. The house is great because it's so close to the beach, but the owners need to do some up keep. Even the little things like the hand soap that was in the guest bathroom. They put shampoo/ bodywash on the counter instead. I also had an Amazon package delivered there on the 1st day. I went to go get it while the cleaners were there before we could check in and they were eating lunch and watching TV. My bed spread and blanket also did not look washed. Wondering if the sheets only got washed. We will still stay every year, just hope things can get a little better for how much it costs.

  LOTS of mobility challenges in our crew and this place was beyond perfect! Kitchen great for family meals and layout of bedrooms/bathrooms good for all. Location fabulous - close to beach and all the area offers. Definitely hope to return!

  We have rented this cute home on multiple occasions. We love the access to the beach, the access to Pixie Deli, and yet it is on a quiet, somewhat secluded street. Good flow in the home with a nice back patio and fire pit.

  We had a really nice week at the beach. My husband and our two grand sons. We celebrated their birthdays there and they got new boogie boards and wet suits. Everyday was an adventure. The beach house was beautiful and well kept. We enjoyed the entire week going to the beach
