Enjoy long walks along the largest beach in Santa Cruz County in this centrally located condo. This is the Largest floor plan available in this small condo complex along the cliff edge (1570 sq ft). Ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom located on the entry level as well as the den and half bath with laundry. This home offers a large master bedroom with a king bed and attached bath with stall shower as well as a private deck and incredible ocean views along with a large flat screen smart TV. The two guest rooms offer two twin beds with a king conversion, as well as three twin beds, one of them a bunk. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor with a full bath. Beach chairs are offered for guest use and located in the one car garage.

  Our condo was just a short healthy uphill walk from the beach with incredible terrace views. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. With four teens it is imperative to have our own kitchen, because they eat all the time. Everything we needed was there, with nothing being too fancy or breakable. Terrific internet. Three bathrooms, washer and dryer, 2 tv, 2 parking spaces made it all easy. Reasonably priced. We missed the pool, but maintenance and repairs were probably through the roof after the storms last winter.

  We love this location and have stayed multiple times! There is no better view or location. The mattresses are extremely old and in need of replacement so sleep is...not the best. Hoping the owners update the mattresses soon!

  This unit was perfect for our family gathering. The extra living room was a nice place to retreat to, when needed. The views off both balconies are awesome. The decor and furniture are outdated, but sturdy. Seacliff State Beach is also at the bottom of the hill which has picnic tables and a nice museum that gives the history of the cement ship and more! The Pixie Deli and a small market are both at the bottom of the hill. The deli has great food with an outdoor patio and the market has many of the things you may need. We look forward to returning someday.

  Nice big condo. Built in the 60's(?) Great view. My family loved it!!! Easy walk to the beach. I will rent it again when family comes to visit.
  Did not have: kitchen towels, hand soap, foil, plastic wrap, baggies. Next time I will know what I need to bring.

  Condo was in an excellent location with a beautiful view of ocean and restaurants right down the block also a grocery store five minutes away. The condo itself was very roomy had a nice deck to overlook the ocean, and had three separate bedrooms which worked out great for my adult children who stayed with us.

  WE HAD A GREAT TIME. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS AN ISSUE WAS THAT THERE WAS EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRES ON MUST OF THE OUTLETS. WE HAD SMALL CHILDREN SO THIS WAS AN ISSUE. BUT OVER ALL WE HAD A GREAT VACACTION.
