Lovely, newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath home located across the street from Rio Del Mar Beach. High ceilings throughout with a bright open living space and enclosed upper deck offering outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue. Great views from deck and living room. Right next door to Cafe Rio Restaurant, Flats Bistro, Pixie Deli, and Rio Market. Less than one mile to Rancho Del Mar shopping center and Deer Park Shopping Center, which offers a multitude of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. This home also offers secured gated parking for 2 cars. Entire living space and bedrooms are all upstairs, please note that if you have anyone who cannot go upstairs easily. There are 2 queen rooms upstairs as well as a full bath with tub shower. There is also a queen aerobed should you have an extra guest. This home also offers a separate laundry room with additional storage. Should you have a larger group, check out 137 Esplanade. This home is next door and and makes a great vacation spot for larger families when you rent both homes.

  Beautiful location with ocean view and beach access out the door. Restaurant & Bar, Deli with outdoor seating with breakfast & lunch. Rental all newly renovated with all the amenities including washer & dryer and new wooden flooring and new furnishings in all rooms. We have stayed in this rental and also next door which is larger for the last 22 years. Cheshire is excellent to work with regarding making your stay in Aptos one you will enjoy and want to return year after year. Customer Service from the office staff are efficient and professional at Cheshire Rio. Thank you Daisy but especially Sue whom we've worked with for many years and have received excellent service. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives!

  We had an excellent week at 133 Esplanade. Property was very clean and has everything you need. Loved being next door to Cafe Rio, the market and Pixie Deli. Just steps to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again.
  Our only possible complaint was the sheets, we would have preferred cotton.

  Great location, clean house, nice not to have to go down the hill or walk too far to the beach , just cross street and you are there! The only thing is the garbage trucks in the mornings taking the cans from the restaurant but we have kids so they wake us up anyway.

  We LOVED the location and all the updated touches. Cheshire was great with helping us check-in and out. Begging owner to invest in new mattresses. With that it would be a five star rating across the board! Nothing fancy, just 2 really decent mattresses to make it a luxury beachfront experience with a great night's sleep. We want to book again...on going throughout year, as soon as soon as new mattresses come to be.
