The beautiful wrap around deck provides an expansive panoramic view of the entire bay. Inviting patio furnishings offer the perfect place to relax after a long walk on the beach or enjoy outdoor dining while soaking in an ocean sunset. The view continues inside with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with a cozy, wood burning fireplace. The bedroom also has an ocean view where you will sleep blissfully listening to the waves in a king-size bed. A modern, memory foam sofa sleeper is in the living area and there is an accordion door that can be closed to separate the bedroom from the living area. This unit comes with an enclosed one car garage, that is also where the washer and dryer are located.Enjoy preparing a meal or drink in the beautiful newly remodeled kitchen. If you prefer to eat out, you’re just steps to some of Rio Del Mar’s local favorite restaurants; Venus Cocktails & Kitchen and Pixie's Deli. Also, Aptos Village is a short 5-minute drive and offers quaint shops, a variety of restaurants, plus 30 miles of maintained trials for hiking and running among majestic redwoods in The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park in Aptos Canyon.

  My husband and I decided we needed to get away and have some time for ourselves, relax, do nothing, and unplug from work completely. We seriously could not have picked a better place. The condo we rented was PERFECT for the two of us, and every one of our goals and more were met. The condo was immaculate and was stocked with everything we needed. In addition, Cheshire Rio Property Management Company was AWESOME, and they made our trip even better. They were SO nice and on point with everything from when we checked in until we checked out. We were very sad to leave but will definitely be back again. An excellent experience!!

  This Condominium is immaculate! The layout is very spacious for two and great care was taken with the many tasteful upgrades in this unit. Kudos. First Condo experience, but it didn't disappoint. Nice view of the ocean and a short walk to stick your toes in the sand. All of the folks at Cheshire/Rio are fantastic. Been with them since the 80's. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to a friend.

  The rental was very clean. It was very nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Only problem was getting out because of road work that the realtors may not have been told about.
  We rented condos here and have always had a great place. This one was probably one of the best.

  Everything was great.
  A few more beach towels would have been useful.
  The bbq propane was a bit low and lasted 2 evenings.
  Otherwise the location and view was perfect and the pool access was also much welcome.
